1. What products do you sell?

ROADTAG offers personalized safety and emergency identification tags designed to keep you safe wherever you go. Our collection includes wrist tags, watch tags, neck tags, bag tags and accessories made from durable materials like stainless steel, silicone, nylon, and leather. Each tag can be customized with your vital medical and emergency information for quick access during unexpected situations.

2. How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products on our website or kiosk, choose your preferred design and strap option, customize your tag details, then add to cart and proceed to checkout. You can also apply promotional codes (when available) before finalizing your order.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, online banking, GCash, Maya, PayPal, and cash payments at our kiosks.

4. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use trusted payment gateways to protect your personal and financial information. Your details remain private and safe.

5. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Order modifications or cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not yet started. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

6. How will I know if my order has been processed?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is shipped or ready for pickup, we’ll notify you with the tracking details.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship nationwide within the Philippines. For international shipping, kindly contact us directly.

8. What shipping options are available?

We offer standard and express delivery through our trusted courier partners. Delivery times vary depending on your location
  **2-3 days within Metro Manila
  **3-5 days nearby provinces
  **1-2 weeks Visayas and Mindanao
  ** Same day thru Toktok/Lalamove - SF may vary and to be settled upon delivery c/o buyer

9. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use on the courier’s website to monitor delivery progress.

10. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the item, and our customer service team will guide you through the return or exchange process.

11. Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes. ROADTAG offers digital gift vouchers in different amounts or for specific ROADTAG items. These can be conveniently redeemed through online.

12. Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns or exchanges are only accepted for items with defects or incorrect customization. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

15. Do you offer a loyalty program?

We are working on launching our loyalty rewards program soon. Watch out for announcements to enjoy exclusive perks and discounts.

16. Can I buy in bulk or place a wholesale order?

Yes, wholesale and bulk orders are welcome. Minimum quantities and special pricing apply. Please contact us at partnerships@roadtag.ph for details.

17. What should I do if I forgot my password?

Click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to reset your account password. Follow the instructions sent to your email.

18. Are the prices on your website in my local currency?

All prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

19. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is available for orders above a minimum purchase amount (check our website for current promos). We also announce free shipping during special campaigns.
